At Signant Health, a leading clinical trials software company, I served as Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master, leading a team of 8 engineers. We developed an advanced electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) data collection system, designed to simplify and accelerate the data gathering process while ensuring high quality and integrity for clinical studies. This involved building a configuration UI with React and a user-facing mobile application powered by Flutter. I also spearheaded the redesign of a key data bridge between the React configuration tool and the embedded Flutter preview, significantly improving team development velocity by 40%.
