At Signant Health, I managed product backlogs for clinical trial tools in a strict compliance environment (FDA 21 CFR Part 11). I served as Scrum Master for an engineering squad, improving predictability and cross-team dependency management.
A key achievement was leading the development of a GenAI-based system that generates study definition DSL scripts directly from regulatory protocol documents. This innovation significantly reduced the time required to set up clinical studies and minimised operational delays.
