ServiceWA is the WA Government's super-app, centralising access to state services.

As a Senior Product Engineer at Adapptor, I delivered the core mobile architecture for the ServiceWA government platform, serving 1.5M+ residents. I balanced citizen experience with strict security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

I acted as the primary interface between client executives and engineering teams, ensuring technical decisions were anchored in commercial constraints. Additionally, I led discovery and prototyping for a 0-to-1 AI analytics product, validating problem-solution fit and steering product direction.
