I played a crucial role in the post-IPO expansion of Viva Leisure (Club Lime) brands into digital experiences and mobile apps. As a part of this expansion, I designed and implemented Australia's first mobile access system for the health and fitness industry. This system enabled seamless mobile access for customers across all Club Lime brands, significantly enhancing their user experience. My contributions played a significant role in the successful expansion of Viva Leisure's digital presence, enabling them to better serve their customers in the highly competitive health and fitness industry.

The Club Lime Member ID, which was the first-ever digital membership system in Australia, was created as part of Viva Leisure's ongoing efforts to enhance the member experience. Drawing on my experience in native app development and extensive expertise in multiplatform software development, I took charge of a small team and spearheaded the rapid delivery of both mobile and wearable apps. By utilizing a Flutter-based Android and iOS app, members can easily gain entry to any Club Lime or hiit republic facility by simply tapping their mobile phone on the designated reader located at the entrance of each facility. Members can opt to use their access pass, access key-tag, NFC chip on their mobile phone, GPS option via their mobile phone, or GPS option via their Apple Watch. The Apple Watch app was entirely written using Swift UI and at the time was one of the first production apps written in Apple's new UI framework.
